1. Where are you based?

We are in Johannesburg. We do not have a physical store. We are an online store that ships nationwide using The Courier Guy.

2. Can an item be exchanged?

Yes it can be. Customers can return products to us on their own account.

3. What is the delivery fee?

The standard shipping rate is R100.00. It may be increased based on how many items are ordered.

4. How long will take to get my order?

Between 1 - 4 days depending on the province. As soon as payment is received, orders are processed and packed. Orders are then booked to be dispatched. Once orders are dispatched, a tracking link will be sent.

5. Can I have a photo of the pouch I want?

6. Can I collect my order?

A collection can be arranged 24 hours in advance if you are based in Johannesburg. Please email or WhatsApp us to arrange a collection.
